Discounted Registration

A discount of 10% on Industry and Academia registration fees ONLY is available for Institutional Members of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB), for members of the Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB), Nederlandse Biotechnologie Vereniging (NBV) and KNCV. Please note that no discount can be applied to Early Career registration fees. For more information, please email [email protected].  

EFB Institutional Members Discount - Institutional Members of the European Federation of Biotechnology have a 10% discount on the registration fees for their employees. You can see a list of all EFB Institutional Members here. Group Registration

We are pleased to announce that group registration is now available. For every three tickets purchased, you receive one additional registration free of charge, with the cheapest registration being complementary. To be eligible for this offer all attendees must be from the same organisation or institution. To apply for group registration, please fill in the spreadsheet linked here, with the details of all attendees and email it to [email protected].    

Key Dates:

12/09/2023 - Registration and abstract submission opens.

12/04/2024 - Abstract submission closes.

24/05/2024 - Early bird registration ends. 

Cancellation Policy: 

All registration cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]

All cancellations will incur a €25 administration charge.

Up to 28/04/2024 - A full refund minus a €25 admin fee will be given. 

Up to 02/06/2024 - A 50% refund minus a €25 admin fee will be given.

After 02/06/2024 - No refund will be given.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Refunds will be received to the payment account 5-10 working days after confirmation of receipt of cancellation email.

Visa refusals will be refunded according to the cancellation policy above.

Transactions:
