The over-arching theme for ECB2024 is “Grand Challenges for Biotechnology: Health; Food Security; and Global Warming”. To meet these challenges will require close cooperation between Industry, Academia, Research Institutes and national governments. The scientific programme will therefore focus on how to translate front line research into commercially viable applications. With your support and collaboration, we hope to expand our reach globally from researchers to senior biotechnology experts and their institutions.
